JOIN US FOR LUKE 18!
All 8th and 9th Graders are invited to join us on April 9-10th, for our annual Luke 18 retreat! This weekend is designed specifically for you to have fun, form amazing friendships, and explore your relationship with God and His Church. Luke 18 is put on by dedicated High Schoolers, for our 8th and 9th graders, who want to welcome you into their own community and friendships so you know that you are never alone on your journey.

CoMo Lifeteen
All High Schoolers Welcome! Our Lady of Lourdes has joined forces with both St. Thomas More Newman Center and Sacred Heart to deliver the best program to our Columbia teens! Lifeteen is a national Catholic youth program celebrated in over 1600 parishes worldwide. Lifeteen is not only fun, but also challenges youth to go deeper in their relationships with God, create new friends, and know more about their Catholic faith! Lifeteen meets on Sunday evenings from 6:45 pm – 8:30 pm on the Sacred Heart Church campus in the Activity Building.
6th,7th & 8th Grade Edge Program
Edge is a Catholic middle school youth ministry program. It provides a safe fun place for youth to find solid Catholic community, to get answers to their questions about faith, and most importantly, to experience Jesus in a profound and personal way. Our Edge program meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 pm – 8 pm in the Cafeteria, just across from the Church.
Confirmation Preparation
We utilize a program from Dynamic Catholic called Decision Point. This program is specifically designed for High School Sophomores or Juniors but can be attended by those of college age. Our confirmation preparation schedule follows the calendar year beginning in January. Candidates may join the program through the Spring. Service Hours Opportunities
Pot of Gold Clean Up Crew: Only available in the Spring!
Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School hosts its big fundraiser in March of each year at Tolton High School. The clean up crew arrives the day after the event to tear down and clean up. It is a big job, requires a large crew and is always lots of fun! This opportunity is open to high school students in spring each year.
Life Teen Food Ministry:
Food Ministry program provides dinner for our teens to begin each Life Night. CoMo Life Teen has funding available to pay for the food, but we need volunteers to shop for the food and to cook it. Please email: Comolifeteen@gmail.com , if interested! Thank you!
Liturgical Ministries
Lots of volunteers are needed every weekend during the Masses. Students can help with any of the liturgical ministries by: reading, greeting, collecting offertory, singing in one of the choirs or helping with the childrens’ liturgy.
