Our New Parishioner Registration Packets consist of the following forms:

Registration form , Welcome Letter

Stewardship forms: 2021 Time and Talent Form

 You may return your forms by placing them in the return envelope and dropping them in the weekend collection basket, mailing them to the Parish office or you are welcome to drop them off in person.  We would love to meet you!

There are also several documents included in our registration packets that will help you get to know our parish and staff as well as ways to contact us.  We are here to help you, so send an email or give us a call with any questions that you may have.
